St Andrews Golf Tour Package

Join us on our St Andrews Golf Tour Package and visit the Old Course, which has played host to the Open Championship an impressive 27 times, is a world-renowned golfing Mecca - where golfers flock from around the globe to visit this sacred home of golf to sample the unique atmosphere and historic coastal setting.

This is your chance to play on the hallowed turf that is The St Andrews Links. The Links comprises six public courses including the world famous Old Course, two clubhouses, a golf practice centre and three shops. A seventh course, The Castle Course, is situated a mile to the south east of town and has its own clubhouse, shop and warm up area.

The Home of Golf where golf was first played 600 years ago. Venue for The 2010 Open Championship. Handicap certificate needed max 24 men, 36 ladies.	Laid out by Old Tom Morris and opened in 1895. A classic links championship course which shares many of the features of the Old Course. No handicap limit.	Another championship links course over 100 years old and venue for the Amateur Championship. A shorter version, the Bronze Course is 5573 yards, par 69. No handicap limit.	Opened in 1914 The Eden Course is a Harry S. Colt classic, partly modified by Donald Steel. No handicap limit.	Set on a stunning cliftop location and with views overlooking St Andrews Bay, this 220 acre championship course offers breathtaking beauty and a true test of skill. No handicap limit.

Our St Andrews Golf Tour Package includes a 3 Day Unlimited Play Ticket when booked at least one month in advance. With this you can book one tee time a day (three consecutive days) on any 18 hole course except the Old Course. The New Course can be booked only once.

Essential Booking Details:

• Prices for additional nights and upgrades are available.

• A range of alternative activities can be organised – prices on application.

• Please note that a valid handicap certificate is required to play the Old Course. The handicap limit on the Old Course is 24 for men and 36 for ladies.

• The Old Course St Andrews is closed every Sunday and tee times are not available on a Saturday as these are allocated to local residents.

† Old Course Ballot/Lottery - Over 50% of all starting times each year are put into a daily ballot (lottery) which is drawn every day for next day's play. The Saturday draw is for Monday play. Chances vary according to time of year, how busy the course is and the weather. Names, home clubs and handicaps are required. The results are posted by 4pm on various locations throughout the Links.
